Specialized training in Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or Circuit Training
Technical coaching and form improvement
Group size: 2-4 clients
Rates (per session):
2 people: $100 + tax
3 people: $110 + tax
4 people: $120 + tax
Athletic Group Training (60-90 min)
