1-on-1 Personal Training (60 min)

  • Full assessment including injury history and physical evaluation

  • Personalized programming and training plan

  • Rates:

    • Single session: $80 + tax

    • 5-session pack: $375 + tax ($75/session)

    • 10-session pack: $700 + tax ($70/session)

Semi-Private Training (60 min)

  • Specialized training in Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or Circuit Training

  • Technical coaching and form improvement

  • Group size: 2-4 clients

  • Rates (per session):

    • 2 people: $100 + tax

    • 3 people: $110 + tax

    • 4 people: $120 + tax

Athletic Group Training (60-90 min)

  • Group size: 8-10 athletes

  • Programs for all levels: Professional, Combine, University, CEGEP, Open Gym

  • Comprehensive training: speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, sport-specific preparation

  • Rates (per session):

    • 1 session:20$+tx

    • 2-3 sessions/week:15$+tx

    • 4-5 sessions/week: 12.50+tx
